Watching CNBC a hour ago and Joe C brought up something I have been discussing with myself..

Who gets to be the judge & jury.

In this case the DA (IMO wrongly) decides to plea out someone that needs jail time..

End of story, no double indemnity here..

But wait,, the MSM says he is guilty, they want blood,, they want the NFL to be the arbitration court of choice, hang RICE,, and if you don't we will hang you...

WTF do they think they are???

1)Rice is guilty of abuse, the video is just to much. He would have to have all of OJ's legal team to try to find any "mitigation" for his defense.

2)A dumb shiite DA & Judge dropped the ball and let him off the hook.

But why is MSM beating up the NFL???

In the same vain,, why did the MSM think the NFL was personally responsible for what the other Dumb Shiite owners say??

The MSM is really taking on the roll of Thought Police.
