I'm not a baker. Baking requires following a formula instead of a recipe. I'm not a disciplined cook. I'm ok with putting meat in a chili pot or a pork roast in a crock pot, but this was the first time I tried baking anything. Now,
having a Sam Adams Pale while baking bread, that's a wonderful idea.
