I find it ironic that these throwbacks from the 60's are occupying Iowa City, Iowa. They have owned it since the 60's. Iowa City Iowa is a cesspool crawling with like minded individuals, how it continues to exists in Iowa is anyones guess. The park they are squatting in does not allow camping or gathering to protesing for that matter with out a permit, unless the protest is spontaneous. Lest they upset these miscreants the city leaders decided to let them squat and protest without the necessary permits calling the protest spontaneous even tho they knew about it days in advance. Its much easier to just appease them, right Mayor Bloomburg? I guess the local occupy movements exist for those who cannot afford to actually go to Wall Street. Hopefully by mid December the wind chill will hovering around -30 and these folks will have moved to a warmer clime!
