Man Down
My neighbor, a retired Navy guy was found by his wife unconcious on the floor at 9:30 am this morning. to make a long story short, he was pronounced DOA.
I'm am trying to help handle the affairs , how can I expedite this situation (i.e. Correct channels etc.) so that he gets the proper send off?
