Didn't want to disrupt the flow of another thread, so it's new.
Kid #2 is 10 years old, male, and has demonstrated that he can understand ideas which are complex and/or subtle.
He shows interest in most things military, military history (from contemporary back to ancient), medicine, and (oddly) metallurgy.
Been perusing Netflix, but there seems to be plenty of propaganda mixed into the documentaries.
Can't separate the wheat from the chaff.
I would be grateful for any suggestions which
accurately portray military ideas, doctrines, and history (including political context).
Any suggestions on medicine and metallurgy would also be welcome.
Higher levels of sophistication would be preferred.
If he can't understand it, I'll watch and try to explain.
If I can't understand it, I'll ask someone here.
