Does anyone have any experience with Savage Rifles? I am looking to purchase a .308 bolt action rifle and there is a heavy barrelled savage that looks like it may just fit the bill. Also in the running is the
Tikka T3 "Varmint" I have handled both rifles and they are both quite nice for their price range. I'll most likely be using the rifle for target shooting and the occasional hunt. Any input is greatly appreciated.
