Combat Animals...

I know Quiet Professionals on occasion will pack up and ride on horses, (seen pics of Quiet Professionals in Afghanistan on horseback before) sometimes use mules to transport things alongside them in mountainous terrain, and I've also heard of Dolphins being used for operations.

My question is, how do they train these animals?
Do Quiet Professionals have to undergo special training to work with these animols (like Military Policemen and the Dog Handling Course)?
Or is that training already incorporated in the Q?
Or do you Quiet Professionals just pick up an animal from a local area, and just hijack the animal if you need it?
Do you equip the animals with anything? (Any special "Animal Gear"?)

I've searched these forums for these answers, and nothing definitive I've found.
