The 19th Annual SO/LIC Symposium will address evolving Defense and Industry decisions for SO/LIC policy, strategy, and resources as the United States and its coalition partners reset their forces and reassess their goals, objectives, priorities, and capabilities to combat terrorism in Iraq, Afghanistan, and around the world.
