Calling in SARS Helicopter for Medical Evacuation

Hi

I have been asked to put together a plan by the state police department for a medical evacuation by air in an outdoor event I am organizing next month. I have ZERO experince in an air evacuation.

Would anyone have any tips on going about putting together a plan, given I have identified the relevant spots that seem to be big enough to accomodate a Sea King helo?

Any help is much appreciated...
