Say it with me: Hillary Clinton is above the Law!

LOL, if it walks like a duck, talks like a duck...... anyone else would be in prison by now.

But......

Hillary Clinton is above the Law!

Clinton sought secret info on EU bailout plans as son-in-law's doomed hedge fund gambled on Greece
By Peter Byrne

FoxNews.com

Hedge fund manager Marc Mezvinsky had friends in high places when he bet big on a Greek economic recovery, but even the keen interest of his mother-in-law, then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, wasn't enough to spare him and his investors from financial tragedy.

In 2012, Mezvinski, the husband of Chelsea Clinton, created a $325 million basket of offshore funds under the Eaglevale Partners banner through a special arrangement with investment bank Goldman Sachs. The funds have lost tens of millions of dollars predicting that bailouts of the Greek banking system would pump up the value of the country’s distressed bonds. One fund, exclusively dedicated to Greek debt, suffered near-total losses.

Clinton stepped down as secretary of state in 2013 to run for president. But newly released emails from 2012 show that she and Clinton Foundation consultant, Sidney Blumenthal, shared classified information about how German leadership viewed the prospects for a Greek bailout. Clinton also shared “protected” State Department information about Greek bonds with her husband at the same time that her son-in-law aimed his hedge fund at Greece.

That America’s top diplomat kept a sharp eye on intelligence assessing the chances of a bailout of the Greek central bank is not a problem. However, sharing such sensitive information with friends and family would have been highly improper. Federal regulations prohibit the use of nonpublic information to further private interests or the interests of others. The mere perception of a conflict of interest is unacceptable.

I didn't believe anyone in our country was above justice because I thought an elite class of untouchables was an anathema to American ideals. There's no other explanation for this.

The apple does not fall far from the tree Mezvinsky's father had problems when it came to other peoples money too and it landed him in prison. This kid fits right in with the Clinton den of thieves.

You guys are such haters. Can't a girl just make a buck without being accused of criminal behavior?

That must have put poor Hillary in quite a quandary. She is famous for yelling "Stupid Jew Bastards" and calling Jews "Kykes". Must have been intolerable to have her daughter with Webb Hubbell marry one.

If this is what they do before they are in office can you imagine the secret police activity if she gets elected?

You say that like there isn't any now?

The corruption will continue until the people say it's time to stop. Until then the corrupt government will continue to march unabated.

The FBI pretty much admits that she is above the law , she intentionally broke the law but it was nor her intent to do so. The whole system as it stands today is corrupt.

The FBI is pretty much admitting that IT is above the law.

The Secretary of State won't even get charged for setting up a private email server and using it to send TSSCI information. Wow.

But at least Martha Stewart got some jail time for insider trading...so "the system" isn't TOTALLY corrupt.

Edward Snowdon's team needs to detail this for any potential future defense.

Completely different circumstances and not at all applicable.

He is not a Clinton.

The official statement for those that missed it:

https://www.fbi.gov/news/pressrel/pr...-e-mail-system

To summarize with commentary (not in order):

Quote:
From the group of 30,000 e-mails returned to the State Department, 110 e-mails in 52 e-mail chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received. Eight of those chains contained information that was Top Secret at the time they were sent; 36 chains contained Secret information at the time; and eight contained Confidential information, which is the lowest level of classification. Separate from those, about 2,000 additional e-mails were “up-classified” to make them Confidential; the information in those had not been classified at the time the e-mails were sent.
Sooo... There was definitely highly classified info in the emails

Quote:
Only a very small number of the e-mails containing classified information bore markings indicating the presence of classified information. But even if information is not marked “classified” in an e-mail, participants who know or should know that the subject matter is classified are still obligated to protect it.
Despite the Clinton claims that "none of them were marked as classified", some actually were and even if they weren't, she should have known and protected them.

Quote:
She also used her personal e-mail extensively while outside the United States, including sending and receiving work-related e-mails in the territory of sophisticated adversaries. Given that combination of factors, we assess it is possible that hostile actors gained access to Secretary Clinton’s personal e-mail account.
Some of these emails were sent across hostile adversaries' network where they could be easily read.

Quote:
Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.
Translation: The prosecutors are in the bag so we'll just recommend against charges and put an end to a futile effort

Quote:
All the cases prosecuted involved some combination of: clearly intentional and willful mishandling of classified information; or vast quantities of materials exposed in such a way as to support an inference of intentional misconduct; or indications of disloyalty to the United States; or efforts to obstruct justice. We do not see those things here.
It seems to me that they met these criteria from their own statement

Quote:
As a result, although the Department of Justice makes final decisions on matters like this, we are expressing to Justice our view that no charges are appropriate in this case.

It's worth noting that he did NOT take questions from the press after the statement. That's really unusual for a statement with this level of public interest.

Personally, I think they (FBI) were caught between a political hard place and a rock. If they recommend "for" then Lynch walks back her statement from the other day where she said "I expect to accept the FBI's recommendation" note she that left herself some wiggle room to ingore the recommendation if it wasn't what she expected.

Conspiracy theorists are probably correct about this one...

I have quickly come to the conclusion that I have wasted enough time watching Stonewall Loretta testify before Congress. We will get no honest answers from this woman regarding her giving a walk to the criminal HRC. She has deflected all questions back to Comey as if she were not even involved. We are indeed Fooked.
