60 dead in Mecca
Allah knocks over a crane in Mecca killing 60 and injuring over 30 more on first day of pilgrimage.

Ever visit a 2nd or 3rd world construction project? It's always been a mystery to me why there aren't many more of these sorts of accidents.

There are gazillions of construction accidents reported on Live Leak,, in all their gory details..

It seems that most 2nd & 3rd world countries only have a safety budget to cover cell-phone and CCTV video??
I wonder if the cranes are for their fascination with the mecca hajj, rather than new construction??

As protection from anyone flying (crashing) a plane into the Mosque ???
