WTF are people thinking......I cannot figure it out.

40 years ago, such a thing would have been immediately stripped down, the perp would have been physically confronted by angry neighbors and the cops would have turned a blind eye.

If things like this continue to be accepted or dismissed, it won't be long before we have a new Pledge of Allegiance to go with the new Flag.
