How long was your wait time with the BATFE approval ?
I've never fired the AAC can, but even Joe Gadinni of SWR will tell you that AAC and Surefire are the people do beat in the .223/5.56 suppressor market. And he's in the business of manufacturing suppressors.

The gb is the RRA Weaver style. I would have gone with the standard fsb, but since the barrel is only 10.25", the bayonet lug would not clear the can. I just acquired a fsb and will be cutting the lug off and then replacing the RRA gb with it.
The rails are the 1st Gen KAC RAS/RIS.
The wait time for BATF approval was 5 weeks, but the wait for AAC to get the can to me was about 4 months. Make sure your dealer has them in stock because AAC is really backed up.
I am also waiting for BATF to approve my OPS Inc. 12th and I am on week #3. BTW, Joe makes great cans as well.
