Liking things organized can be either an OCD trait, or as you age, you tend to prefer to order thing in set places, just to make certain you know where its suppose to be. Living alone there is never anything out of place, living with someone presents challenges to that ordering process, like when you reach for the blue tube of poly-grip denture adhesive, apply it to the denture, insert it, only to discover it was Bengay!

The simple truth is surprising - yes.
The process is a little more complicated though.

First off - it will only reduce the symptoms for a limited duration. Your relief will only be temporary.
Sort of like having a republican in office. Your asshole is still swollen and inflamed because of poor blood flow - but once you demand relief, it isn't long before they either retire or resign - allowing the democrats to creep back into your life and start fucking you in the ass...

Now, here's the part that nobody wants to hear...
There are side effects to using Preparation-H in the way you are describing.
It may make democrats less irritating, but it can also cause high blood pressure
...sort of like listening to leftists chatter on about all manner of "shit"
