Not an 18A. Reads to me as if he was an SF qualified NCO that commissioned into the medical field.

Sad story either way.

Tim Jordan

I worked with 18D SSG Tim Jordan back at the old MedLab (behind the gas station) back in 1987. I looked at the photo, that's him.

This article (last paragraph) explains that he was an 18B, and later a medic. Not clear whether he was 18D, or commissioned, or recieved his MD following his service, and it is not my business. Just providing the additional link.

Very sad to hear...Tim was an instructor with me at MedLab. I remember how happy he was when he got accepted to Med School. A great guy to work with. WTF

Timothy Jorden, Jr.

All, Timothy Jorden, Jr. was in fact a former Special Forces soldier for over ten years.

We're not going to speculate on what may have caused Tim Jordan to do what he did, that is for a court of law to determine.

We hope that Tim Jordan now does the right thing and surrenders to law enforcement.

Tim Jordan dead of self-inflicted GSW

Rest in peace brother. You were a huge inspiration as well as a source of fear for me when I was in C Company. I don't care what happened that led you to this You were a rock hard dude and an example of what I wanted to be and do with my life...

Sad end to a sad story.

Quote:
The body of Dr. Timothy V. Jorden Jr., the man suspected in the shooting death of a West Seneca woman, was found this morning in an Eighteen Mile Creek ravine near his home, dead of an apparently self-inflicted gunshot wound.

And so it goes...
