I watched this yesterday and could not believe that the adoring MSM hasn't mentioned to the WH press secretary that someone needs to stop his ad-hock'd & ad-lib'd statements.

Besides using redundant metaphors, it looks like he is straining with stage fright with incessant eye blinking.
