I'm gonna have to check this one out.

I picked up The Three Meter Zone: Commonsense Leadership for NCOs by CSM JD Pendry and Small Unit Leadership: A Commonsense Approach by Col Dandridge Malone. I picked them up on the off chance that I am allowed the opportunity to lead soldiers one day. Has anyone else read these? Just started studying The Three Meter Zone. It's pretty good so far.
