Snow has tapered off to hardly anything now...just cold and windy. National Weather Service has cancelled the Winter Weather advisory for Denver. Here in Greeley, it's still snowing lightly, on the east side of town, but the boys on the west side are responding to multiple TA's (Traffic accidents) and are reporting near "white out" conditions. It would appear that the "big one" has, in fact, turned out to be a big bust. That;s OK...there's plenty of snow in the mountains!!
Let's go skiing!!!!

We had a whopper of a dust storm Friday afternoon. Real Biblical looking stuff. It was followed by a shower of brown hailstones, and then snow the rest of the night. Nice and sunny today though. Happy Spring.

Ok, so just for you, I had my "friends" at WYDOT clean things up and opened the gates.

Now if I could just do something about the 6' drift across my front walk.

"Well Zeke, it's like this how about you getting out and pushing on
the steep parts."

Your snow found its way to DC yesterday. As I was on my cell talking (its what we women do ya know) I looked up and saw snow spitting... This time a yr ago it was much nicer and warmer weather. I clearly remember all those sunny warm days. I was moving aboard.

I still remember High Country winters, clear and still. Clear up to your ass and snowing..

Stand by to Stand by.....AGAIN.

The front range is under ANOTHER winter storm watch from tonight to Sat. afternoon.

They're calling for FEET not Inches here in the Denver metro area.

With the warm winter we had here this past season, we're definitely paying for it now.

The USAF Academy weather service put us into a blizzard potential category. Looks like spring is here!

Here on the West Slope, we went through Spring, Summer, and Fall yesterday. I expect the fourth season will blow in tonight.
Again.
