MidwayUSA has Aimpoint T-1 for 500 dollars, You then could get a Larue offset mount LT787 that mounts around the ring of your scope tube. I have Atlas bipods and they are good to go.

There's already so many recommendations on Larue product on this website. Well, they just earned another one. Not only I was given the military discount, and less than 2months wait!, I got the RISR and Magpul grip for FREE! Thank you Mark and team I was only mildly dissapointed when I didn't see the dillo and the dust. When I called about the scope mount, I sheepishly mentioned about it and that I couldn't possibly have the audacity to ask for them after all the $$$ free stuff I got. The man just laughed and said those dillo items are not for sale. Minutes later I got email containing the UPS tracking number for those items. Two thumbs and two toes up!
Still on the honeymoon phase. The OBR is so well made I can't contemplate getting a scratch on it, let alone having a controlled explosion in it. So currently it sleeps where I sleep and eats off my table I contemplated putting it in a shadow box, take a picture, then store it in a safety deposit box and hang the picture on the wall Yep, it's heavy enough and I use it for a challenging rifle PT as well.
I'm open for bipod suggestion. Something light, rugged, that allows bipod-loading to prevent it from jumping. I'm considering atlas, tango down, harris, shooters ridge, UTG, and gg&g. Currently leaning towards gg&g with their sale going. Also open for suggestion on offset mount and red-dot. Thanks!
I hope one of the armed service branch/unit will adopt this rifle soon, so it'd be under service rifle category and I can shoot it at Camp Perry

Gawd! You'd think you were talking about your first real girlfriend. And it's still a virgin.
Get the LaRue modified Harris. Trust me; I know things. (Sorry, that's NDD's line - even if it's true.) It really is worth the money - and they'll send you more Dillo Dust. Which is a pretty good thing if you've got a grill.

For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. How do you like the Romanian AK? I understand that the magazines wobble a little bit because there are no indents on the side of the receiver. Would like to try one sometime because I believe they are the cheapest ones available.

The AK is pretty good. The only magazine I had trouble with was a steel one. It locks in but wobbles a little. When I bought it came with 2 TAPCO mags and they fit perfectly, so I bought 3 more of those.

Yeah I've been thinking about an AK74 type rifle with the more "modern" look.

For sure you better get a set of Atlas bipods unless you want your bipods to look like this.

New barrel and paint job. 6.5 Creedmoor! Took it out for a 100 yard zero yesterday. It shot very well, I'll be taking it to Tac-Pro on Thursday to get a 1000 yard dope on it.

My first build of an AR. Had the pieces and parts dipped in Multicam prior to assembly. It's a Lilja bbl in Noveske upper/lower. If y'all want to know more about the various other parts let me know.
Thanks,
Kev

M1928 A1 Thompson
My first pre-1945 addition to the collection. I'm also waiting on an M1 / M1A1 SMG and a Garand.
