I was sitting here this morning, reading PS.com, and all of a sudden the table started shaking. It wasn't bad where I was, but we cetainly felt it.

I've been through Islamabad a time or two. While it is more modern than it's sister city the construction is/was still a bit, well, you know.

The rest of the country will have trerrible loss of life based on the local construction in the smaller towns. I do not wish a disaster on anybody or any country.

7.6 is a big one! Quick check of facts shows that the 1990 earthquake in Iran killed 50,000 and was a 7.7 on the Richter Scale.

One can hope that a large concrete roof fell on Osama and flattened him!

I would guess he's a bit further south west. If your's was the case then I would not consider it a disaster.
