I don't imagine that Amnesty International, the U.N. or Dan Rather would ever publicize THAT. They can't show that we have brought down a brutal regime and are working diligently to prevent such atrocities. No, that wouldn't serve them at all, because they would be forced to admit that, as flawed as we may be, we are BETTER than those animals.
