Good news

I got the word today at work that effective 16 July, I'm getting promoted to patrol sgt . Bad news is that I have to give up my toys and return to the grind of patrol life Oh well, hopefully I can return back to our Spec unit

Congrats! Sorry you're losing your cool toys...perhaps you'll have the chance to find some new ones down the road. Stay safe.

Congrats and condolences.

At least you can still play with the toys in your other job.

Congratulations 18C4V.
Giving up the toys is hard, especially when the "personnel problems" start rolling in. But, its still worth it.
