While not everything is spectacular, it does bring forward a number of pointers that are worth taking into consideration.

Expanded upon are:

  • Food
  • Music
  • Short term memory
  • Memorization technique
  • Sleep
  • Physical Exercise
  • Attitude
  • Attention, focus
  • Thought control of your body
