I suspect that after that, he will begin completing the sale of the US to China in every way that he can. I’ll offer up “systemic” - e.g. - DC seems to operate on systemic stupidity.

ETA: when you hear DC utter the word equity...better check your wallet.

If we are moving the goal posts constantly than we should understand why “equality” has been replaced with “equity” according to their meaning. They don’t want equal they want remedial justice and a claim to something not attained by them in historical terms.

“Systemic” is also not the right word, and will or should be replaced with “institutional.” Because systemic is something that infects at will and without choice. Institutions are by their design malleable and can be altered or changed. And that is what they want...to destroy and break down the institutions that built America and our prosperous way of life. The nuclear family of a father and a mother have to go...that’s sexist, boys and girls have to go...that’s sexist and unfair, the majority race has to be minimized as it is by itself...racist.

I’m sure Creepy Uncle Joe has been enlightened to all this while he was in his basement. And if you spent eight months in a 12x12 room with a camera watching everything you did like SERE school you too would repeat the party line much like John McStain did for the rest of his pitiful life.
