Portland Bans Urinals in City's Administrative Building
Portland's new city building is gender-conscious and will have no urinals in any of its restrooms.
(I'd hate to be the janitor in that building...)

But, there will be no urinals in any restroom in the building. This will give us the flexibility we need for any future changes in signage … I am convinced that this is the right way to ensure success as your employer, remove arbitrary barriers in our community, and provide leadership that is reflective of our shared values. Radio talk show host Lars Larson told KGW, “I think it’s ridiculous. First of all, I know that it already makes a lot of people uncomfortable. Secondly, its gonna take up a lot more space and third, anyone who’s ever been to any public event — have you seen the line at the ladies room? Do you see any line at the men’s room?” Larson pointed out that urinals use far less water than toilets.
KGW reported, “The building’s 1st, 3rd and 15th floors will have large multi-stall bathrooms that men and women will use together. Other floors will have separate men’s and women’s bathrooms. But every floor will have at least one any gender bathroom. Overall there will be 42 ‘all-user stalls’ as the city calls them and 104 gender specific stalls.”

OSHA has determined that all public bathroom doors will henceforth be swinging with a push plate.

Yep, the Janitors will be pissed (no pun intended) cleaning a lot of splatter off the toilet seats. The next thing you'll see is a Kotex Dispenser in the men's bathroom; Oh wait......He-She's can't have their period so I guess that means they are still men who are "dickless"....Gee, what's this world coming too.......

Probably most of the "men" in Portland will be squatting to pee anyway...once their bettors tell them standing to pee is offensive to the penis-challenged genders.

I’m absolutely appalled by Portland’s insensitive decision to ban urinals!
Women that have transitioned to males are being wholeheartedly disenfranchised and neglected as the men they are! How dare Portland take away this right of passage, that all men enjoy, by removing the bathroom instrument that makes men, men. How is a transitioning person supposed to feel like the gender they have chosen, if they are forced to urinate like the former gender they are trying to transition from?
