Just reading the headline made me think of a book I'd just read. And sure enough its been a reference for the good ol LTC; "He reread his most influential books, Duckworth's "Grit"...".
Duckworth spoke quite a bit with Pete Carroll. Very interesting!
"Grit" is a good read for those interested in what separates the successful from the failures in challenging undertakings, among a few other things.
