Completely agree, instruments of the insurgency. There is so little NEWS ( Intel from North, East, West, South). I recall newspapers and magazines having structure, professionals, editors, and reputations. Today most articles have an underlying agenda, are mixed in with Op Ed pieces without delineation, laced with sponsored sites, many with out editors named, and computer driven headlines all with the intention of click bating their readers*. They are a huge part of problems we face and the graphic presents how far they have fallen...IMO

It's hard for me to believe many of these pea brained perpetrators could think up the perversions they act out on their own. If someone wants to make a statement they are practically invited to do so, getting their 15 seconds of fame at anyone else's expense.
To regain credibility they should review Standing Orders, Roger's Rangers rule #4 at least for their readers and start to operate with respect towards the ones who support them....I understand it is a terribly old fashion idea.
"Tell the truth about what you see and do. There is an Army depending on us for correct information. You can lie all you please when you tell other folks about the Rangers, but don't never lie to a Ranger or Officer."
Politicians would do well to heed this as well bringing some ethics back into governance....how inconvenient that would be for them.
