PUC difficulty
In 2012 I submitted extensive documentation to the ABCMR asking that PUC be added to my DD214. In May of last year I got a denial, SOACCN was not listed as affected MACVSOG unit.
I applied for reconsideration In June of last year. I received the decision yesterday, 14 July 2014. Rather than quote verbatim of 4 pages, I am going to be specific of relative pages.
