How did our North Carolina contingent/members make out?

Check in when possible.

... and for those up the east coast and others affected by the storm check in when possible as well.

No wind, no rain, this side of Ft Bragg.

Non-event here.

In Kill Devil Hills. The eye of the storm went right overhead. A lot of wind, not too much rain. 6-8 AM the wind shifted and the sound side surge started. Water crested our bulkhead. Not nearly as much as Hurricane Irene 3 years ago. By mid afternoon on Friday the sun was out and it looked as though there was no hurricane.
