Of the big three (USC, OU and Auburn) USC had the easiest schedule. I guess they are due a break because they got screwed last year but OU and Auburn going undefeated is much more impressive than USC winning a weak Pac10 and playing one quality opponent.

USC beat Cal (#4 both polls), Virginia Tech (#9 both polls) and Arizona State (#21 and 24). As for the PAC-10 being so weak, you obviously don't watch much PAC-10 football. IIRC, either OK or AU beat Oregon by like 1 point.
