I don't know if I'd support a felony conviction for littering, maybe start with baby steps and have litterers perform community service and pick up roadside rubbish in lieu of conviction.

I hate littering, but a felony is a BIT excessive, even for an anti-littering fascist like myself.

During 300F-1 we'd be policing up butts every morning and the smokers would bitch the loudest and every afternoon you see those belly achers flicking them butts.
