You'd think from the claimed qualifications that we'd be getting a little better service for our money. If I gave a shit any more I'd probably research what the Docs in congress think about the ACA.
Sadly, I just dont give a shit any more and wouldn't believe them anyway.

I wonder how many of them have been convicted of a crime or would otherwise be unable to get a security clearance if they weren't in an elected office...

...becauase what we get and what they advertise in that profile report are two completely different animals.

They have the nerve to have a section titled "Occupations" then further insult us by having anything other than "Political"....

Seriously?

Another aspect of developing a profile might be to follow the money. Click on the link below and click on a member's name to view a detailed money profile.

113th Congress
OpenSecrets.org

Fund-raising for the next election begins the day after the last election. This list of members of the current 113th Congress includes their 2014 election cycle fund-raising totals from their latest FEC filing last downloaded on October 22, 2013. Click on a member's name to view their detailed money profile. Sort the table by multiple fields by shift-clicking on the field sort markers. Use the search text box to filter data by member name or state.

Strange that they didn't include criminal records in the break down. Given the way they are bending the country over and ripping it off I'd say most were probably sex offenders and thieves as well.....
