It was live. It is possible, though, that the live feed was dumped and this was just the backup that was uploaded to the internet. If so, they didn't tell her in her IFB and she just soldiered on.

I saw where it was live but I thought most live TV was on an 8 sec tape delay just in case something like that happens so they can dump the feed and save face.
