Federal Air Marshall accused of upskirt photography.
A U.S. Federal Air Marshal has been arrested on suspicion of taking "upskirt" photos. I guess he had too much time on his hands and was bored.

Really, jokes? If I was flying with my wife and I saw this happen to her I'm pretty sure I'd be facing Federal charges based on my "over" reaction. In Munich in 2008 I came back from the latrine to find a strange American offering my wife a staring role in a porno. I face palmed his ass out of his bar stool. The entire German staff, who spoke English and witnessed the event in my absence, applauded and ejected the scoundrel and his sidekick.
If the Air Marshal incident actually happened, does any man really think this is okay and something to make fun of? Women are members here. Without hiding behind the Internet, would you make the same jokes to them in person?

The incident actually did happen and a passenger saw it and took the Air Marshall's phone! He was promptly sent packing (not sure if he was officially fired yet). He got exactly what he deserved minus an azz whooping. I'm sure any MAN here would have probably handed him the azz whooping to boot, so yes, perhaps a bit crass but it breaks the insanity of the act that this azz hat actually did and the fact that he was a government stooge to boot.

This reaction is a similar reaction I had to a thread, on this site, in which an actual tragety involving a death occurred. I just happened to be intamately aware of the story and knew one of the participants. The (my perception)BS that was posted in the thread really got under my skin and I overreacted with my first , only and last internet rant. I was pissed off someone who knew nothing about the incident was casting aspersions and making outlandish statements not based in fact. It was addressed by TS, I explained the context of my outburst to him and he allowed me to continue visiting this site. I sent a PM to the target of my rant and apologized for the rant. My point is many news stories here are delt with using "gallows humor" which in the military and LE culture is SOP. When you actually happen to know or have a similar experience to the subject matter being taken too lightly the sarcasm and jokes can be taken personal. **I used to be a huge Howard Stern fan until I heard him go off on German/Irish Catholics.** 
Having said that I am happy to see this FAM got caught being a weirdo. I am 8 million % sure it was not the first time he was snapping upskirt pictures....just the first time he was caught.
