That's a nice touch by Reid. Try and tie the NRA and pro gun supporters to the confederacy, and by extension to slavery, which makes every last one of them a bigot. I shouldn't be surprised at those comments.
Every time a liberal gets their ass handed to them they deal the racism card from the bottom of the deck, insist that they hold the high moral ground, state that their opponents are inferior human beings and then declare victory. Then celebrate with an intellectual circle jerk with like minded nitwits.
