Watched the Nationals, yep, Nationals. They are serious as a heart attack.

Points for height and subtracted points based on how far you are away from the take off point. Good clean fun until one guy blew off part of his hand.

Yeah, I know - cut off the first 4" to 6" - then cut two 12" pieces - light and time both - take the average of the two times...and you just might come up with a fairly accurate burn rate.

Some things never change...

I put one through a neighbors barn in Upstate New York.......from outside the barn, through the roof, the second floor, the first floor, and breaking up the concrete in the barn's basement. We still talk about it when I go back for visits. He took the whole thing pretty well, as long as I repaired the damages. The basement floor still has the scars. The neighbor did offer some thoughts on how to aim them anvils, never did master it though.
