This guy is well within his rights to promote his business however he feels like it. Whether it be a gun or a vacation package offered with the sale of every car, he is simply promoting his company in my opinion in a positive manner.

If you dont like it, buy your cars elsewhere.

There have been a couple of other threads on this type of promotion before. A local motorcycle/ATV dealer did it here once. From all accounts, it was a successful promotion. Of course, the winners still had to go through the usual ATF checks and paperwork.
