Happy Thanksgiving to all, especially those who serve.

Leaving tomorrow for the family gatherings and just took these out of the smoker.

Happy Thanksgiving!!! (Though I don't know if we are allowed to say that anymore, cheers to all!)

Here is some offerings I have in the works for the big day,.....for a few folks! Grilled and chilled veg, cured salmon and caviar, meats and cheeses.....and am excited to read what other folks are doing this turkey day!

Hope to see some recipe's/traditions....

That is still one of my favorites too!! Mashed sweet potatoes (yams) with baked marshmallows!! Dip your turkey in it for a good treat! Dang...I am getting hungry already!!

I believe that SF is a 'calling' - not too different from the calling missionaries I know received. I knew instantly that it was for me, and that I would do all I could to achieve it.
