take 1 bunch parsley (broadleaf is fine)
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
about 5-7 whole cloves
1 jalepeno pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 bunch green onion
1/2 cup water
2 chicken bullion cubes
puree all ingredients in a blender.
use this mixture as a marinade for any poulty.
