Advice on a good training rucksack

Hello,

Since the last thread was suddenly closed, here it is again:

I have been training for SFAS for a while now, doing: push ups, pull ups, sit ups, planks, runs, swims, bench, curls, etc. However, One thing i believe I'm missing in my workout is training for long ruck marches. I want to incorporate it into my workout immediately but i don't have a rucksack, or know anyone with the experience to offer me an honest opinion. I have spent a good amount of time looking all over the internet and at surplus stores and these are the three i have narrowed it down to:

http://cgi.ebay.com/USGI-Large-RuckS...item588c456764

http://cgi.ebay.com/ACU-Molle-Ruck-S...item5ade040ba4

http://cgi.ebay.com/Rucksack-Large-R...item4aa80b5264

One of them has an inside frame, and two have outer frames, but don't protrude to much.
ANY ADVICE IS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!

Thank you for your advice and service!

John

The thingee under your,, FTFSI = Failure to follow simple instructions.

I'll try to make this very simple..

Read, Read, Read, and Read some more...

You are probably 10 years from the fast lane, and need to pace yourself.

Keep your eyes on the 25yd target.

Your current 25yd target is to learn punctuation and capitalization, graduate HS with good grades, and have a little fun.

Did I say anything about the search button in the upper right corner??

Use it often, you can't wear it out..

Then Read, Read, Read, and Read some more...

You are quite welcome.

I closed your last thread because of your failure to follow the rules. Your SA is lacking. Maybe the Rangers can help you with that. Jumping into an unfamiliar board and starting new threads is a bad idea. Laziness is not a virtue, nor is requiring personal assistance. A little reading would have shown you that.

Look at the upper right corner of this forum for the Search button, and use it. In the seven years this board has been active, this question has been asked before. Repeatedly.

Read more, post less.

You might search for a read "A Message to Garcia" as well.

And do not start another thread for six months.
