Grilled Peaches
It's that time of summer when the Colorado peaches become available. These grilled peaches have become our favorite desert when grilling.
Take a ripe peach, firm, not too soft, and cut in half. Remove the pit. Sprinkle a teaspoon of cinnamon sugar on the cut side.
When almost done w the main course, set out some old-fashioned ice cream/frozen yogurt to thaw, place the two peach halves cut-side down on the grill. Heat through about three minutes. Serve cut-side up w a scoop of ice cream.
