The civilian (contractors) folks pretty much lost everything they own.

Luckily my Harleys are safe......

Spent two years in Stuttgart. Anytime that something bad happens to American personel overseas one always has suspicions. I hope that German company has good insurance and everyone comes out good in the end.

my first tour here, they were stealing bikes from the warehouse and lit a fire to cover their tracks.

So far we've been told up to $5000 per shipment or $4 per pound up to $50,000. They'll probably demand receipts as well......
