Putter mishap??

Long ago, Mrs. Arnold Palmer found herself on the Tonight Show with Mr. Carson.
Mr. Carson ask Mrs. Palmer what she did to help Mr. Palmer's game. Mrs. Palmer replied, "I kiss his balls.". Mr. Carson said, " I guess that makes his putter stand up"; Mrs. Palmer sued over this.

Perhaps that was lost to Mrs. Woods. I am willing to bet that Mrs. Woods took a driver to Tiger's Escelade a few days ago...........Tiger is mumm!!

Gypsy thank you. I assume you have heard Mr. Woods public statement over this episode? I nearly backended a car on the on ramp I was laughing so hard. I have never heard so much groveling, backpedaling or backhanded admission of guilt in my life.

Gotta love his wife, she got her point across, with a 'wood'.

Best quote from article:

"It's a private thing, of course," the Swede said. "But when you are the guy he is - the world's best athlete - you should think more before you do stuff. ... and maybe not 'Just do it,' like Nike says.

It looks like Tiger screwed up. I guess he's human after all. Regardless, I like this other picture of him more than the one above:

On the news this morning someone said that he was going to change his name from Tiger to Cheetah...I nearly spewed my coffee.

The only thing that irritates me is the fact that so many people think this is "news."

Yep and it was nice to see it never made the "main" forums here.

We'll get Tiger back, probably with a vengeance on the golf course too.

I would far rather 'Cheetah" be news, then to hear more bad news about how we as a nation need to kiss jihadi ass...

I disagree, Tiger did screw up but "he who is with out sin cast the first stone"...... That picture of him with the SF guys wasn't a one shot deal, I believe he has always supported the SF when they have asked him.......

I guess I did not communicate very well, but my intent was to echo your sentiments completely. In fact I believe he has been quoted as saying if he wasn't a pro golfer, he would have gone Sf. I hope his family can work out the problem. However, I personally have no interest in the distress of others' marital situation. Marriage is tough duty and only the strong survive.

Married 32 years and counting.

Tiger was on range 37 and he is one heck of a nice guy. I will not condone what he has done but I will not a cast a stone either.
