Well, unfortunately we have to add yet another guy to the list of those who would take the Honor and Valor of clearly better men than himself.
As you can see below I have exchanged many PM's with this guy, as has several other Quiet Professionals, in an attempt to verify the information he put in his profile but to no avail. He continues to evade the subject with one excuse or another. Other QP's please add in your PM's and responses.
It has been determined due to the facts listed in the PM's below that this guy is nothing more than a POSER who would live off the Honor of others.
Email addy for this asshat is ranger150lrsd@hotmail.com
Read from the bottom up as per SOP. Names edited for PERSEC.

You came to our site touting where you have been and what you have done yet none of it has merit because you have not provided the info necessary. It is up to you to substantiate your claims. You want to be believed then you have to do what is required by the admins on this site.
We have not asked you for anything that is classified or would otherwise compromise anyone on an ODA. You will not see any pictures on this site of current SF soldiers faces for this very reason.
A class number without a full name is hardly an accurate way to narrow down who you are or substantiate your claims. Not withstanding, there is still noone in Bco who knows you according to the story you have spun here.
I am unsure how much more clear I can be than this.

I came her to see what it was about and have received nothing but a hassle from you-and I do not even know you I could give you the names of those on ODA-2055, but I will not give out someones name over the internet to anyone I do not know.(I'm sure you would say no one there knows me either)-have a nice day.

Furthermore, I have no need to look on AKO for the soldiers assigned to Bco 1/20th SFG(A). I am in Bco and am downrange with them on the ODA you have made claims to be the Fox on. In addition, I have spoken with everyone who would know you, and your status in Bco or ODA 2125. There is NOONE in Bco either from Decatur or Mobile who has had recent back surgery, who was unable to come on this deployment because of such and who is an Echo/Fox. You are correct in that you dont know me. You would need to be in this Company to know me and as previously stated you are not.
The gig is up dude...
I have never in my near 4 years on this site seen someone who put up such a fuss over being vetted. Generally speaking most offer up the info to one of the admins before being asked. (Class number, team numbers and team mate names aren't classified nor can they be used to steal someone identity.) Again it seems as though someone who would have gone thru similar training as the rest of us would be anxious to share stories and experiences, pull up a chair in the team room and drink a few. Then again if you have none of those or perhaps never finished the training and just want to make outlandish claims to be more of a man than you truly are then we can see why you shy away from answering questions that are verifiable.

I dont know who you are, but you are no one I know in 20th, so stop contacting me for info-hell, you could be in a terrorist cell seeking info for all anyone knows. go to AKO and check who is in the damn unit, but I am done playing games and having to prove myself on a site of mostly NQP and airsofters. This was not a good idea on my part, and I will certainly not "join" anything ever again-I am content to scan for possible tips and that is all. After 20 plus years in the U.S. Army, 15 or so in SF, I never thought I would be arguing about my quals with someone I dont know, over the computer. I have never seen such silliness!!

That having been said, it has been determined that you are either not who you have claimed to be or you have something to hide. In either case the troubles that follow are not needed here.
The subject of vetting is one that everyone of us (vetted SF soldiers) feel is important and we take it very serious. Given that common feeling, it would seem that you, claiming to be a Special Forces soldier, would feel the same sense of duty to protect the honor and respect that comes from having shed blood, sweat, and tears earning the right to be called a Special Forces soldier.
Have a very non-SF day.

This is a place for Professional Soldiers. A place for us to share ideas and experiences with like minded individuals and obtain feedback. We do not take very kindly to those who would claim to be something they are not. With that I am asking for the last time for bonafides to substantiate your claims.
You have already been proven a liar in as much that you are not on the ODA you claim to be. You are not on 2025, as that team was renumbered to 2125 with the addition of the 4th Battalions to each Group.
The info requested can be sent to anyone whose name appears in Green (Admins) at the bottom of the main page.
Comply fully or you will find yourself banned from this site. You will not be asked again; you have 24 hours.

We have 2 Echo's and a Fox on our ODA and you are not filling neither of those 3 roles. I have spoken with my Team Sergeant about this matter and he has been on 2125 for 7 years, was a former Fox on -25 and has been in Bco since '96 and surprisingly he has never heard of you. I have spoken also to the Sr Charlie who was an AGR guy for 3 years prior to this deployment and he has no idea who you are either. Seems as though we are building a trend here.
If you are who you say you are then why not offer up the things which are necessary to substantiate your claims: a first and last name, SFQC grad class, some guy's names from Bco whom can vouch for you (since the ODB and 3 ODA's are here surely someone knows you).

No need to add my e-mails and responses. The above exchange sums it all up.

Ditto for me also!!!
When he made the statement that this site was made up of a bunch of Air-Softers, that did it for me!!! I'd say that we, the QPs here, have killed many many more MEN who were FAR BETTER THAN THIS ONE!!!
Have a Wonderfully SF NEW YEAR and the rest of your miserable LIFE!!!

Non-SF Types
For you posers out there - don't come to an SF based forum and try and run a line of BS.
SF has thousands of people who were with the active forces and others who are active now. Each of us to not know them all but we each know a few who know a few more and so on.
Like a pebble thrown in a quiet pool the ripples of your story will spread throughout our world and somebody will be in a position to know the real story.
Basic SF service is not classified. So if asked for a Team number don't say "It's classified". And if you provide one it better be the right one. You never know when two other members of the forum, one a Mod, are members of that Team.

I knew we were going to have some fun with this when Cric came by my hooch at about 10PM and said with a smirk, "hey I've just been on PS.com... Did you hear we have a new 18F."
Dishonorable, and dumb to boot.

That's why I love this site. You can't lie here without getting a digital smackdown.

The 'rest of the story' was a pre-cursor to the 'digital smackdown' that made me spew beer all over the keyboard.

Tom Pervis (20th Group SF Poser)
I posted a thread back in 2004 about a poser that showed up at our Company pretending to be an 18E from 2nd BN 20th SFGA out of Mississippi. That individual was later discovered to be poser and was run out of the company. It was later discovered that the individual did the same thing at 2nd BN. He was the kind of person that would hand out business cards with SF logos and slogans like (slayer of men, breaker of hearts, ect). This individual name was Tom Pervis. I know all the people he claims to know and I was on ODA 2025 as an 18B and 18F. Tom Pervis holds the rank of E4 and works in the support company at group. He should be charged under the stolen valor act.
What is unbelievable to me is this person has been exposed more than once and publicly humiliated. How can a person live with themselves and consistently repeat this kind of behavior. This is truly a psychological disorder.

How can a chain of command consistently ignore this kind of behavior, even though they are well aware of it?

It doesn't get any better in the civilian sector. I can't tell you how many "underwater snipers" that I've had the displeasure of breathing the same air. It's like talking to Eddie Murphy's character on "Trading Places" who was a chain belt qualified paratrooper code named Agent Orange.
I can't help but feel embarrassed for them because they believe their lives aren't fullfilled enough.

TRex,
After looking at the picture you posted, it reminded me of those funny pictures in which readers are asked to put in what they think would be the appropriate caption.
Ex: "Wait till I get in my cool guy stance....okay... take the picture....now.
