Interesting Choice of Terminology

http://www.airsoftcleveland.com/abouttac.html

Something about this air-soft group's website made me chuckle. See if you can spot it:

TAC was founded in 2001 by a group of milsim (military simulation) airsoft enthusiasts looking to create a more realistic style of play. TAC is not your average bunch of weekend “paintsofters”. We consider ourselves a serious group and routinely train using a military doctrine. We are a structured, disciplined team of quiet professionals who enjoy airsoft for training and simulating realistic combat operations. Our milsim scenarios and events are realistic and well thought out. TAC takes pride on attention to detail, and our milsim style of play stresses the use of tactics, strategy, and all other elements of realism we can incorporate.

Interesting choice of words, no?

Evidently they were here at Ft. McPherson conducting a "re-enactment of a special forces extraction of a wounded Soldier." (Quote from the newspaper on post). Sorry I missed that.

Serious looking bunch.

I think the ARRRR Meter on the uniform says it all.

I know that I'm just stating the obvious, but WTF, over?

I just don't get it.

Excuse me, waiter, could I have an order of cool Army gear, hold the PT, hold the boring training, scary combat, and actual feelings of pride?

Do these people realize that Uncle Sam will give them all that crap, real weapons, and pay them? Assuming they can man up and do it?
