"Other" sex offense...

I subscribe to Family Watchdog and they send me dispatches of recent moves by sex offenders in my area. A number of these are categorized as "other". What falls into other? I'm guessing the guy who pees in public, or the mooner, but it's just a guess. Can any of you current l.e. folks fill me in?

I'm not an LEO - but going to the web-site, then to a map of my area's zip-code and clicking on the green boxes (Other category), the convictions listed were for:

Indecent Exposure
Out-of-State Registered Offender
Sex With A Minor (consensual)

Sexual offenders are classed somewhat differently by states. That's why an offender from out of your state is an other. You have to check with that state's website to find out the details usually.
Basically an conviction such as doing it on the hood of your car while drunk in the parking lot (indecent behavior or lewd and lascivious conduct) would be an other.
Not all sex offenders are necessarily rapists or pedophiles.

Thanks, neither my wife or I could find what the "other" stood for on Family Watchdog.
