A wonderful resource for much things arab is the magazine put out by
Saudi Aramco. It is free online. All the issues are there back to the beginning in 1961 I believe.. in any case..
searching for such things as recipes, spices, cooking, Al-Andalus brings up all sorts of interesting articles and recipes.

enjoy, I have tried most of these recipes.. not too fond of lamb, usualy substitute pork or chicken.. poor mohamed must be spinning in his grave over the pork but what the heck..
