Actually, very high pricing is not uncommon for academic and professional references.
Docs and Lawyers make that in about 10-15 minutes,
so they pay for it in the amount of time it takes
to bill a trip to the john...right RL?

He'll be right back, he is temporarily indisposed.

That will be $150 and a plunger, please.

Everybody goes . . .

This tangent reminds me of a story.

I once worked for an internet startup funded in large part by NY private equity firm Forstmann Little. The Chairman of the Board was a seasoned, wealthy business executive who had just left a high-ranking position at the Clinton White House to become a general partner at FL. Even after he left DC, he remained good friends with Clinton. The Chairman’s executive assistant at the time was a super sweet, nice lady I’ll call Jane.

One fine afternoon, the Chairman was off seeing a man about a horse. Clinton called his office to chat with him, and Jane answered the phone. She placed the President on hold while she went to find the Chairman.

She ran to the bathroom, pounded on the door, stuck her head inside, and yelled, “You have a call, the President is on the line!”

From behind the luscious wood-paneled door of his throne, the Chairman replied, “Tell him I’m in the bathroom and I’ll call him right back.”

Jane frantically replied, “I can’t tell him that. He’s the President of the United States!”

With mild exasperation, the Chairman responded, “Why not? He goes to the bathroom too. Just like you and me!”

SF or SOF Forces ???

NOTE: The author does not make the distinction between Army Special Forces and SOF (Special Operations Forces)

Is this a text book of CT evolution with specifically Army SF or SOF in it's entirety??? The description of the text speaks of various agencies, FBI, CIA, NSA but titles the text "Special Forces"

Just an observation.
