X Ruffed Grouse

An Idaho ruffed grouse makes a nice dinner served with corn, rice and a red wine.

Makes me want to grab my shotgun and head and to field. Love all of those birdies, quail breast (you needs lots of them) wrapped with bacon. Good stuff!
