But very well deserved.

Game 2 will show if it was the "8 day-layoff" syndrome or not.

Nobody was going to win against Josh Beckett....

When the 5'8" 185-pound rookie 2nd baseman hits the 2nd pitch of the game over the Green Monster - off your ace - you're in trouble.

Being an Indians fan you'd think I would want the Rockies. But I want the Red Sox in 4, and I want them to punish the Rockies. That way at least we can say we took them to Game 7, while nobody else even won a game.

Becket was just about unhittable. I would throw him game 2 and maybe 3 as well . He was able to place the ball any where he wanted it...the umpire was a little generous with him as well.

Oh here we go...the umpire? That is one of the best umpires in MLB. The umpire didn't strike out the side in the 1st and the umpire did hit umpteen doubles breaking the record for doubles in a WS game.

Weeeellll,
Not the "show of force" from game 1, but the bullpen came through for the BOSOX.
Nice pick at first by the rookie to make up for the hit up the middle

Time for the climb to altitude. Interested in what the lineup will be Saturday without the DH.

Roger That! I was at MEPS in BOSTON and it pretty much sucked watching the game from OUTSIDE OF THE BAR ROOM! I almost felt bad for the rocks. Talk about having bad moral, im sure it wasn't a good night in the rockies locker room!
